| Q1 - What is your favourite EDW show? My favouriate show was EDW 10, there were so many crazy things done in that show. Started off with a fantastic (despite poor crowd reaction) match between myself and Gei Ki, then the three-way match was brilliant to watch. The main-event between Ice and Wreckage was immense, overall I think that show was the best. Q2 - What do you think about your character? I think that my present character has struggled. The depth of the character would require lots of time to understand and to portray which unfortunatly in EDW you don't have. I think to have a succesful character in EDW it has to be obvious who your character is, his attitudes and what role he plays in the federation. With Shaun Riven I dont think this is as clear as it could be! Q3 - Who are your influences/inspirations as a wrestler? Well my interest in wrestling started around the whole D-X vs. The Rock era, so I suppose my interests started with the whole entertainment side of wrestling, rather than the wrestling itself. But over the years I became more fond of a particular style of wrestling performed by lightweights such as Rey Mysterio, Psychosis and so forth. So I'd probably say that the high paced style of wrestling really inspired me to go out and try and learn how to wrestle. Q4 - What is your favourite match featuring you? EDW 1 because it was the first proper match I had infront of camera, and for EDW. It was such an adrenaline rush because the crowd reaction was brilliant. I'm not sure that anyone expected me and Future to pull of so many spots and quality moves. Ever since that I think that we have been trying to top it, despite probably having better matches that match will always be the most special! Q5 - What is your favourite EDW match ever? Thats a tough question, there has been so many great matches, which have been amazing for different reasons. I'm going to pick my favourite two because I really cannot choose between them. I think the recent match or series of matches between Wreckage and Jayme Future have been briliant to watch, the difference in styles actually helps the match which is good to see. I also like the first hardcore match between Virus and Ice, I remember being in the crowd in shock at the moves and stunts they were performing, I completley marked out in that match - quality! But I really cannot choose between the two. Q6 - Who is your favourite opponent(s)? I would have to say Jayme Future, I know his style so well that even when we have not spoken before the match we can still pull of something of decent quality! One of the good memories I have from EDW was when the X division started, The fish-out-of-water spot me and Jayme pulled off was completely made up on the spot, and it worked! So definitely Jayme Future! Plus he has the ability to put people over well when he sells - so its all good! Q7 - Who would you like to wrestle in the future? I would like to have a feud with either KO Kid or Wreckage, because I haven't wrestled them much in the past and they are both quality wrestlers and people! I think that I would be able to have some good matches with either of them. |
