Now airing on Thursday nights 9pm Sky One, the third series of Angel has started. Watch angel as he battles for the lives of innocents and fight demons, along with Cordelia Chase (Charisma Carpenter), whose visions direct them to those in danger, Wesley Wyndam-Pryce (Alexis Denisof), a fallen Watcher whose knowledge and intellect help guide the group, and the streetwise renegade vampire hunter Charles Gunn (J. August Richards).Cordelia's visions are sent by "The Powers That Be," a mysterious and powerful force trying to make things right and guide Angel on his path to redemption.

HEARTTHROB
On a routine patrol, Angel stakes a female vampire he recognizes from his past, but a moment too late. Her grief-stricken lover, Angel's old fighting buddy, is out for revenge for the present killing and a betrayal Angelus committed over 200 years ago. Angels old pal has temporaily become invincible thanks to a bit of dark magic. But after a long fight in the sewers and in the subway the spell wears off and Angel dusts the medalsome vamp. Meanwhile, off in Madrid, a certain Darla feeds off her latest victim. Shockingly as she walks away we can all see that she is heavily pregnant!

THAT VISION THING
Angel must team up with the dark side to stop a psychic hacker from killing Cordelia with her own violent visions that are leaving her burned, scaly and frightened for her life. Angel heads to Wolfram & Hart to discover Lilah with an exposed brain guy who is behind the whole scheme. Lilah is looking for an extraordinary being who can cross over into other dimensions with no worries. Seems Lilah wants a really evil fella rescued from the depths of hell and she wants Angel to do the work for her or else Cordelia dies.Angel reluctantly heads to another dimension and is forced to battle a gregarious guard named Skip after the demon is taken care of, he rescues the strange man, who will no doubt be playing a big part later on in the series. Once the man is handed over to Lilah, Cordelia is saved.
Meanwhile Darla is making arrangements to rendezvous with her baby's "daddy!"

THAT OLD GANG OF MINE
Angel comes face-to-face with Gunn's old demon-hunting crew
who at one time considered Gunn a hero, but now view him as
a traitor and want to see Angel dead. Gunn has to decide
wheither or not to help Angel or re-join his old fighting crew.
It all comes to a head when the demon killing gang raid a club
and start randomly slaughtering innocent demons. Gunn comes
to his sences and helps Angel and his friends stop the group.

FREDLESS
Angel goes into full detective mode when Fred's parents unexpectedly arrive in Los Angeles to bring Fred home, but their appearance inexplicably sends her into a tailspin and on the run. After be-heading a monster Angel and the gang go in search of Fred but get attacked by a strange Beetle demon thing, after killing it they eventually find fred and they say their goodbyes, she leaves with her parents. Back at the hotel Angel, Gunn, Weasly and Cordilia are already missing their old friend when another demon bug bursts in through a window. They try to defend themselves against it but it is useless. Then Fred comes marching through the door, she runs over to the be-headed demons head from before and smashes it on the ground. The bugs eggs had been laid in the head and all the demon had wanted was to get them back. The demon runs off back to the sewers and Fred ends up staying with her friends. NEXT....
