Skipjack  Sails
The following information was given to me by a master sailright with the understanding that I don't post it until he retired.

Mast:
Mast length 14'
Boom length 8' [with goose neck 8' 3"]
Boom height above deck 32" to bottom of boom
Gaff length 5' 3"
Headstay attached to mast 3" below mast head and at end of bow sprite

Side upper stays attached just below headstay at top of mast and to chainplates set at least 12" aft of mast base.

Sail measurements:
Head sail, luff = 11' 7", foot = 66", leech = 10' 3", headstay angle = 28 degrees aft.
Mainsail, luff = 87", foot = 96", gaff = 60",leech = 11' 9", luff boom angle = 87 degrees, gaff luff angle = +50 degrees.

Sail area: jib = 28.5 sq. ft., mainsail = 55.5 sq. ft.
Center of effort sail plan = 5' 4" aft of bow.
