| The photo on the left shows the mast box parts after I fiberglassed them. The bottom plug is extra and has two layers of fiberglass. I fiberglassed the inside of the mast box to prevent water penetration. The photo on the right shows the mast box assembled to the front bulkhead, you can also see the graphite and epoxy coating on the inside. I used graphite in the last two layers of epoxy as a UV protection. |
| The photo on the left shows the side being attached to the botton by "Stitch & Glue", you can also see the 1500 watt heater that I use during cold weather. Also visible is the "fiberglass butt joint" that joins the side panels together. The photo on the right shows the plastic that is used to hold in the heat. |
| This is Daniel a friend of mine that is helping me apply the fiberglass to the cock-pit sides. Next we will apply two more coats of epoxy over the entire inside of the hull. |
