How many of us go out in the morning, get in our cars, and go to work? On weekends, we get in our cars and go for a drive. It could be half a mile to the store and back, or it could be five hours to go shopping. How many of us just get in the car and go, without giving it much thought? We expect our cars to get us from point A to point B, and back to point B again... Now for the challenge... Name one thing about the foreman or a laborer from the manufacturing plant. How was his day going when he oversaw your car being built? How is his family? Or a simple question: What is his/her name? It's almost impossible to do...

How many of us, while on a trip, have stopped at a restaurant to eat? How was your servers day? How was the cashiers family doing? What was the cooks name? Again, hard questions to answer...

So, though we don't really know much about who made our car, we expect it to be reliable and able to get us back home... Though we don't know much about the people that make our food, we expect the food to taste good, or at least be edible...

Now, for some easier questions...

What is God like? What are His names? Is God always with us? Will He ever leave or forsake us? How did God use Moses? Daniel? Jehosephat? Elijah? Peter? John? What happened at Jericho? What happened at Calvary? Why? Does God love us?

I think the McDonalds sign used to say over 8 billion served in a rather short period of time... God has been here since before the first people were created...

Should we trust Him more?
