Eat:

Drink:

23Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, and they all drank from it.
24"This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many," he said to them.

Rejoice:
John 3
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotton Son, that WHOSOEVER believeth in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life.

Though He knew everything that we would do from the beginning, he still chose to provide a way of salvation. Every day we wake up, we should be thankful for that.
