The Queen's Head
The Queen's Head is located near the top end of Pinner High Street. Next door is a Pizza Express restaurant and across the road is another pub called The Hand In Hand.
I try not to go here to much. It's a good quiet pub to visit in the afternoon/early evening if your friends from out of town have just arrived. And its handy if you've going to eat next door later on.
This pub reminds me sometimes of 'The Slaughtered Lamb' in An American Werewolf in London.
Don't go in here in the evening - its more of a late afternoon pub. It's a nice building though. It's one of the oldest in Pinner - dating back to the 16th Century I think, and its named after Queen Anne I believe.
