They told me that the world is selfish,
I said that love is sacrifice, from head to toe.

They told me love is a story of yesterday.
I said that my heart is alive today also.

They told me that works of the heart will remain
unfinished,
I said that all the works of the world is so.

They told me that the world is with the worldly ones.
I said that the wordly ones are lonely ones.

They told me that being alone is the treasure of the
wise,
I said that the wise cannot be without love?!

They told me that love is an illusion,
I said that love is the basis of life.

They told me how can you know what life is?
I said that love itself is the life.

They told me that some day love will leave you alone,
I said that i will become its shadow and won't leave it
alone.

They told me that what will you benefit from love?
I said that there is no profit higher than love.

They told me that this love will kill you,
I said that who will leave this world alive?
