* The chef will put moderate amount of wasabi / gingers
depending on your orders.
After 2nd refill (order) per order, additional wasabi / ginger will be charged 50 cents each refill (order).

* Any changes of any pieces of your choice, will be 50 cents PLUS the difference.
* Limit upto 2 changes per plate.
* Any extra special sauces (such as eel sauce, spicy sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, etc) will be charged 50 cents each.
