He knew that this band would rise to fame, and so it did.
Tribal drums were incorparated in their music. Though the one thing that stood out about this band was their videos, Adam wanted big lavish videos almost like mini movies. They were full of outlandish outfits, Adam dressed in dandy clothes trying to impress. These were a big success, and also were expensive.
Adam and the ants later lost one of the 'ants' live on television, at a royal variety performance. This started a downfall for the band. After this they did not really succeed with their records, and eventually faded away.
Until Adam was diagnosed with depression, and this mde him yet again get admitted to a mental hospital....because of his behaviour (throwing a car autonater through a pub window and firing a gun).
He then led a sad life of depression, and is going to be released from the hospital sometime in the near future.
The one thing that made Adam different from the other punk rockers, was that he did not smoke, drink or do drugs, and i admire him for this.
Overall he was a great performer and played a good dandy highwayman and wowed crowds with his videos!
