Below is a copy of my workout program. I developed this program and i'm currently using it. Now everyone's body reacts differently to workouts, but I have found this one to work great for me. Some of my friends have started to use it and are seeing great results. All I can say is if you plan on using it, prepare to work hard.This is a begginer/intermediate program. your going to want to stick with it for at least a month. After that you will really start seeing some results.
