Well I happen to Google for a C++ tutorial and I landed straight on this site. It display Table of Content. that is it. It was good that it has a purpose.
Purpose: Welcome to the online C++ tutorial! The purpose of this tutorial is to give a good understanding of the programming language C++ to any person that wants it.
It also showed on that Purpose page that little diagram to have a visual understanding of C++ and how it works.

How to use it?
This tutorial is broken up into Parts,
Sections, and subsections. Each section starts with a subsection that introduces
the concepts and topics covered in that section. This is the "What Is..."
section and is always covered as subsection 1. If the user understands the
terminology and basic concepts of a section, they can skip to subsection 2.
