Fill in on short notice for High School and Middle School teachers who are absent from their classes. Follow lesson plans, keep the students focused on the assigned tasks, and ensure all school policies are followed. Taught courses on leadership, housing management, personnel development, forecasting for future housing or staffing needs, customer service, and contract administration. * One of the only instructors contracted by MHLI to teach across military branches; certified to teach Army, Navy and Marine Corps courses. * Demonstrated and taught students to use the Military’s enterprise housing management software, in use by every Army, Navy and Marine Corps Installation world-wide. * Authored two webinars that were used to train Housing Personnel Safety and Energy Awareness. * February 2010: Presented workshops during the Annual Professional Housing Manager’s Association (PHMA) Professional Development Seminar.
* Developed and taught the ONLY Building Manager Course offered by the Navy resulting in a greater understanding of the duties of the Building Managers and an overall improvement in the maintenance of the Regional properties as evidenced by the increased scores received by the various installations during annual inspections and the increased number of properties earning the Director’s 5-Star Award. * Was a founding member of the Regional Customer Oriented Enterprise roll-out. Certified by Achieve/Global to teach/facilitate Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations and Coaching for Extraordinary Service. * Personally taught 22 offerings of the Achieving Extraordinary Customer Service customer service course and12 offerings of the Coaching for Extraordinary Service coaching and leadership courses. * Assisted in developing the scripts and scenarios for the revised courses that centered on Navy Bachelor Housing, Family Housing, and Fleet and Family Readiness issues.
