Thomas Candler of Callan Co Kilkenny Esq
To my wife [Mrs.] Jane Candler the [town lands-low lands] of Athilinoe & Vipes (?)
Together with my dwelling house and furnishings in Callan The lands
thereunto belonging as set to me by A grandishan Gus'te Esq during
her natural life To oldest son Henry Candler until of the age of 24 years
the yearly rent of (Pound symbol) 60 and when 24 all my estate & interest in the Co.
of Waterford by these will all my right like & interest in the lands of
Athlinoe Co Kilkenny after the decease of my wife as likewise my
intirest in Callan after the death of his mother.
To daughter Jane Candler (Pound symbol) 800 to be raised out of
My estate and interest in Co Waterford.
To son William my intirest in the land of Kilbline
Co Kilkenny when of the age of 24 years & untill that age (Pound symbol) 60 for his
Maintinanse & my intirest in the land of [Vipes, Vipen (?)] after the decease
Of my wife Jane Candler together with my intirest in the lands of
Aghenure but not until he arrive at the age of 24 years
To my daughter Ann Candler (Pound symbol) 600 to be raised
Out of the town lands of Kilbline
To son Thomas Candler my interest in the lands of Coole Philim
Coole Cullen Dufle (?) Killaloe & Bally Tyne all in Co
Kilkenny
All stock to be sold and farms set towards paying all debts
& legacie. For raising fortunes (?) for my daughters and maintinanse for my
Sons. To [Mrs.] Elizabeth Booth my intirest in the lands of
Tulbrahan during her natural life & after her death to the use of
my son Thomas Candler.
To sister Ann Colleridge (Pound symbol) 3 a year
To the use of the poor of the psh (parish) of Callan (Pound symbol) 10
