It's always tough making it into the Import Scene. You must first gain recognition. From that you gain popularity. When you finally make it you gain respect. Jordan and his 2000 Honda Civic SiR have definitely gained the respect it deserves. With having owned it for only 2 years he has appeared in many shows around the country as well as Canada's own import performance magazine; Performance Auto & Sound.

The success of Jordan's Civic comes from his creativity and originality. Under the hood this Civic employs the popular B16A engine fitted with an AEM CAI which crams more air into it than stock. The air flows out through a stainless steel Tanabe cat-back exhaust which gives the Civic a throatier sound as well as some more power to the wheels. The proper height and aggressive stance comes from some Skunk 2 coilovers which can really suck this ride low to the ground. Stopping is helped by Brembo cross drilled rotors which can be seen through some stylish 18" Kahn RS-R wheels. The car is glued to the road by some aggressively styled Yokohama Parada tires sized 215/35/18. From your rearview mirror you will see this isn't some ordinary Civic. The front is fitted with a Tsunami bumper with a custom SiR badge fitted to the front. As it passes you the Xenon side skirts which have been custom molded to the car will catch your attention. Out back is a Tsunami rear bumper which has been tweaked with some custom grooves. You also can't help but notice the look off the APR mini drag wing which has been modified to give it a distinct look. To finish the look off which sets this Civic apart from others are the M3 mirrors and the custom painted headlight housings and taillights. We step inside and we notice an elegant yet conservative interior. Your hands will take hold of a MOMO Commando 350mm steering wheel through turns and as you shift you will take hold of a MOMO shift knob. As you shift you will not only notice the shift knob, but also a tighter and shorter gear box helped by a DC short shifter. Who can cruise without hearing some good tunes? Your ears are complimented with a gorgeous sound system which has taken over the once boring trunk space. This custom enclosure includes 2 12" Alpine Type R subwoofers. The rest of the area is taken up by a Coustic 1000W amplifier and another 600W Coustic amplifier. Inside you will notice the Alpine head unit coupled with some very nice Coustic mids.

This Civic has definitely made a statement in the import scene. Having a brother with the same interests sure makes for some strict competition in this industry. Jordan is definitely not finished with his ride and future plans for it includes a full custom interior and some new wheels. With such success in this industry Jordan has decided to help others with his new tuner shop, CCR Motorsports.
