Well its a new Year and we are busy working on our new projects for Interact. We have a few things in mind and we welcome new suggestions, as well as NEW MEMBERS! We are holding elections soon and we welcome anyone who wants to be a part of Interact. Just come to the Library at lunch on Thursday and join the fun!
We want to thank everyone who partcipated in various events last fall and winter after Storyland, they helped to keep us active and having fun! A few members attended the massive canned food drive at Edison for those in need, and this was a great success! We also were glad to see our members out at the Habitat for Humanity house painting project; thanks to hardworking Interacters, the Walkers home got a brand new look! (A few members got their own coat of paint as well!) Our final event before the years end was gift wrapping at Zainy Brainy toystore. This was a fun way to end the year and several members attended. Thank you to all who continue to actively participate!
Remember that WE NEED MEMBERS WHO ARE HARD WORKING AND DEDICATED! NEW PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS WELCOME! The club can always use those who are focused and hard working to help us with our various projects. Dont miss out!
