I thank FMF,
JUSEC (Japan- US Education Commission), the Japanese government, the city of
Toyama, Toyama’s Board of Education, and Toyama’s schools for allowing me to
feel, see, taste and hear Japan. I
particularly want to thank my host family of Akira, Siho, Toshiki and Hiroki
Arisawa for allowing me to feel like part of their family for a weekend. Our Toyama group coordinator, guide and
interpreter were the best helpers! I

their support before, during and after my trip.
