Japanese Level 1
Welcome to your first year of Japanese!  Are you as excited as I am?  I hope you are!  This is bound to be an exciting year where you'll learn tons of words!  You'll be amazed at how much Japanese you'll actually retain!!  We'll do fun activities and I'll teach you some neat tricks to memorizing things.  Hopefully you'll take these tricks to your other classes and utilize them!
We'll be doing projects (in groups or with one other partner) and writing (practice makes perfect after all!) to aid in the development of  your language skills. 
For this first year, your participation during class time is tremendously important.  You'll be graded on your behavior and your willingness to learn!  It's important that you also practice outside of class, as this will help you retain the language!

Okay, so if you are ever missing any worksheets, please EMAIL me IMMEDIATELY so I can give you the worksheets!  Remember to refer to your weekly schedules that you pick up every Monday!!  No excuses, right?
