| As soon as u hear the word Fukare u fear the voice its self. You know we are talkin bout the Tuzla Sloboda soccer fans with no mercy. Sloboda has always had great fans but up until the mid 70's there were no group names or anything like that. They were all just generalised in the group of The Black and Red army. No matter where the game is the Boys from Tuz are there.There name Fukare is hard to define but in a few words can be explained. It means a few things ; rude, uneducated,street people even thugs and badits, lower class people. The day that i rememberd best was the UEFA CUP qualifier again LAS PALMAS of Spain in 1976. On this game over 20,000 Fukare rolled up to the stadium. On that day the Tusanj stadium rocked.Big duels occured with Crven Zvezda's Delije, Partizan's Grobari, Hajduk's Torcida, Sarajevos Horde Zla, Celik's Robijasi, Velez's Red Army and Borac's Vultures. The greatest achivement from the fans poin of view was when 5000 Fukare came to the Marakan Stadium In belgrade to watch the semi-final of the CUp of Marshal Tito. Even though Sloboda was defeated 2-0 on the ground the Fukare insisted and so started a huge brawl with the fans of Crvena Zvezda. The angry Fukare attacked the near by group of Delije and severly injured 30 to 40 people. Blood was being spilt and flares lit up the west side of the Marakana as the Fukare gave the Delije a beating they will never forget. |
