Lake Windsor Downs, outside of Tangerine, Florida, is the location of Paul Fisher’s grandiose home.

The trees are trimmed to perfection. All of the houses are coordinated in colors and accessories, including the mailboxes. The lake has been stocked with beautiful, expensive Koi. In this community, appearance is everything and everything seems perfect.

Yet, is it perfect? Lake Windsor Downs comes with muck fires, lightening storms, a sinkhole and swarms of mosquitoes. As if this was not enough, there are mysterious robberies throughout the community. The only thing that keeps Lake Windsor Downs together is the façade of its perfection.
