| The worship at Edenton Baptist Church is traditional consisting of sacred Christian music. The hymns are chosen from the 1991 Baptist Hymnal produced by the Southern Baptist Convention. Instrumentally, the church uses their 1953 Austin Pipe Organ on Sunday morning and evening worship services, located on the congregation's right-hand side. The Organ is also available for funeral and wedding services. On special occasions and during Mid-week Bible Study the church uses its 1983 Kawaii grand piano.
