| Entertainment Tonight Interview with Ivette March 08, 2001 ET: So Ivette, how are you doing? IS: I'm doing good. It's exciting. I'm having a good time. ET: What was it like when you found out you were one of the finalists? You were it. You're popular. IS: I was completely overwhelmed. The amount of people who auditioned was like over a thousand and when I got picked I was just ecstatic. It was like a dream come true. ET: What do you think it is that you have that put you over the top? IS: I've worked hard a long time with dance, singing, and acting and I just think that maybe they saw something, a little spark that put me aside from the rest. I was at the right place at the right time. ET: How do you feel that you gel with the rest of your groupmates? IS: You know, that's the most fortunate thing about this. The five of us are such an amazing mix. We get along fabulously and I feel completely blessed for the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing team. ET: You're doing your first music video. IS: I know! ET: You must be so stoked. Where would you like to see yourself and the rest of you, let's say five years from now? Can you think that far ahead? IS: You know, I try to take things a day at a time and live life to the fullest. I hope that in five years that we're still together and working hard on making great music and entertaining. |
