Each road at first seemed the right one, Then I'd find I'd made a mistake.
I was lost, weary, and tired,
Needing someone, to guide the way,
Then the Bible became my roadmap,
And Jesus my guide everyday.
At last I'm enjoying my journey,
As I travel, mile after mile,
With Jesus, my Saviour to guide me,
My life is finally worthwhile.
I'll sing as onward I travel,
Until my journey is through,
At the end of the road, I'll find Heaven, Where the Father awaits me and you.
