 There's the culprit. Pull my finger!  Just double checkin'.  Unbolt it and pry it off.  I tried to resist the urge to press the plunger.  Dot 4 on the door.  Out with bad, in with good.  The new hydraulic fitting installed (hardest part).  And it still works!
