| As a young boy singing in church was a passion. I remember writing songs and playing the piano. Even then I sought out every opportunity to do what I love best . . . share my love of music with others. In 1986 my music took a wild turn into the Hip-Hop world. I continued to compose my own music. However, my father urged me to give country music a go. When he died in 1993 I decided to pursue this avenue and I headed for Nashville. In 1995 I was invited by a songwriters company to sing as a demo singer. I finally had the chance to work with one of Nashville's most talented writers, Dennis Morgan, who soon became my mentor. He has produced my first major CD project and wrote or co-wrote all of the songs. Now I wonder what will be next on this adventure for me. It is getting more and more interesting everyday. I still have lots to learn about the music business but I am ready and willing to learn everything there is to know about this passion I have had since I can remember. Take it from me it is not an overnight thing and it does not come easy. Make sure you work hard and listen well . You have to grow with it. Put your heart and soul in it.
