Meeting called to order by President Pat Mulligan. Previous minutes were handed out for review. Cathy motioned to approve the minutes, Jennifer 2nd the motion and the motion carried.
Treasurers Report. Current: $749.25
Old Business:
1. Cathy made motion that she and Pat can make decisions for the EDCTSA June 10th show, with the exception of spending money, which would be voted on by the board. Chasidy 2nd. Motion carried.
2. Issues brought forth by Kiki about the show box were tabled since she was not present.
3. Jennifer
will write up a summary about the banquet and end of year award winners, to
send to
New Business:
1. Cathy motioned to put the front page only of the newsletter on the website. Robin 2nd. Discussion debated about the benefit of membership and not to have the whole newsletter published on the website. Motion carried 5 in favor and 1 opposed.
2. Pat wanted to check the bylaws and old minutes for what exactly do you get with a membership, such as ads in the newsletter, etc. It was tabled until next meeting for further research.
3. Miracle Meadows show moved to April 22. Show will also include a cross country class. Jennifer motioned for the board to recognize show, Cathy 2nd. Motion carried.
4. Cathy
motioned to order new CT tests.
5. Cathy Gould will host a braiding clinic, given by Trish Murphey, on March 11 at 10:30 at her place.
Next meeting, April 5th, will be held at McAllister’s, since Ham’s did not have a separate meeting room and the arrangement were not conducive for holding a meeting.
Jennifer motioned to adjourn the meeting and seconded by Pat.
