Board Members present at McAllister’s, New Bern: Pat Mulligan, Mary Ann Cubbage, , Shari Weiss-Riojas, Cathy Gould, Rebecca Nealy,

Board Members Absent: Jennifer Stone, Amy Gaston, Robin Ainsworth, Chasidy Voliva

Teri Smith, Christy Andrews

Members present: Kathy Skurlock, Catherine Marks, Tom Edwards,

Guests present: Vivian Binder    

 

Meeting called to order by President Pat Mulligan.  There was not a quorum present , therefore items could not be voted on.

 

Treasurers Report. 

Old Business:

1.      Show Box report:  Amy not present. 

2.      Pamlico show:  Vivian said the show needs volunteers.                                                                                 

New Business:

1.      Tom brought up the review of show regulations: Rules & Regs. Vs. Guidelines. “must”=applications,

2.      By Feb. free show box-need to put in free                              

3.      Replace “should” instead of must- ex: show “must” offer $2.00 discount or show “must” check show bits

4.      Jumping = 3 schooling fences                                                          

5.      Show results form score sheet                

6.      CT tests: PreNovice should be Beginner Novice
