The year began rather absently, with a low level of interest but the team managed to maintain a respectable place in division II. Then it all exploded, on the day of the annual MUPS ball the team stormed through 7 matches and won the netball tournament. At this year’s annual BPSA conference, sports weekend was abolished due to mounting risk management and the large burden it places on the societies coffers. This called to an end inter-school of pharmacy sports….. or did it? What are your views on inter-school sports? Do you like the idea of travelling around other schools of pharmacy to show them all that we do it better than anywhere else? Or, do you have a better idea on how to run things?
