can readily generate inventory status report as of a specific period. It
also features an electronic stock card which records receipt and
distribution of each inventory item during a given period. Also featured in
this system is the ledger of item utilization per equipment.
EQUIPMENT LOCATOR
This system documents transfer
and change in status of each construction equipment. Out of which a list of
equipment present in each location at a give time can be generated.
BILLING SYSTEM
This system facilitates the
billing or each project site or client for the use of the equipment.

fleet of more than 40 trucks and serves the distribution channels of Petron
Corporation, San Miguel Corporation and Coca-cola Bottlers Incorporated.
GENERAL ACCOUNTING
The General Accounting system developed for AABTI observes the double entry
system of accounting. It maintains both the General and Subsidiary Ledgers
of each account. It generates periodic financial statements with
detailed supporting schedule for each account.
Journal Entries are captured at Billing, Inventory Receiving, Check Voucher
preparation and Journal Voucher preparation.
INVENTORY MONITORING
This system treats each truck as an individual responsibility center. It
monitors the inventory items released to each truck, be it consumable or
truck parts and accessories.
This systems facilitates the preparation of Purchase Orders and
Inventory Receiving Reports. It maintains ledger for each inventory item and
can readily generate inventory status report as of a specific period.
It also generates reports as to average life of truck parts and fuel
efficiency of each truck.

GENERAL ACCOUNTING
This module observes the double-entry system of accounting. It maintains
General and Subsidiary Ledgers for each account. It generates trial balance
at any given point of time.
This module also facilitates Check Voucher and Journal Voucher preparation.
HOTEL BILLING
This module is installed at the hotel’s front desk and facilitate
preparation of billing statements for hotel guests. It is linked with the
hotel’s KTV Bar and Café so that guests’ billings from these outlets are
automatically reflected to their billing ledger.
This module generates daily pro forma Journal entry which will later be
used by the accounting department. It also generates collection report for
the cashier on duty.
OUTLET SALES
MONITORING
This module is installed to the hotel’s café and KTV Bar and generates Sales
Report for each cashier on duty. Such report contains details of sales
whether cash, on account or charge to room guests. It provides list of
items sold and cost of sales schedule. With the same report, the management
can determine its gross profit for each shift during the day.
This module also facilitates preparation of journal entries by providing a
pro forma journal entry.

The Medium and Small Scale
Industries Coordinated Action Program (MASICAP) is a program
conceptualized y Fr. Georges Piron and pilot tested by the Development
Academy of the Philippines in 1973.
The program was adapted
and expanded as a national program of the Department of Industry in June
1974 by then Industry Secretary Vicente T. Paterno. The program
identified projects cum proponents, prepared project feasibility studies for
loan applications and followed-up / facilitated loan approvals from
financial institutions.
