Aidan Fergus vs Bobby Peru Match Summary: The match starts off fairly evenly matched, both Aidan and Bobby having their past to draw reference from. After Peru secures a two count on Aiden, he begins to get a little too cocky for his own good. An uncharacteristic mistake on Peru's part, he doesn't remain on the offensive and that leaves Aidan with a window of opportunity. The effective "underdog" explodes with an offense that leaves Peru not only stunned but defeated as he lands 'The Inferno' and Bobby is left with little option other than to tap out. Match Winner: via submission, Aidan Fergus Samantha Curie vs Violet Match Summary: Both women are in the ring, and a stare down is the only thing, that looks to be happening. Violet has a bit of a worried expression on her face. Samantha motions her to start the match, and which Violet does. Taking Sam down to the mat with a clothesline, looking at what she did, she continues on with the match. Scooping Sam up Violet slams her opponent down again, with a hard body slam. Picking her up again, Violet remains in control with she sends Sam, across the ring with an Irish whip. Now charging at her, Violet goes for another clothesline, but Sam and her quickness. Well it gives her the advantage over Violet. As Violet goes soaring over the top rope onto the outside, after Sam held the ropes down. Once on the outside of the ring, Sam takes control of Violet, as she pretty much throws Violet into the ring. Violet falls to the canvas while holding her back in pain. Not stopping there Sam sends Violet sailing into the guardrail with an Irish whip. A DDT sends the lucky rookie to the ground again. Sam seems to be showing no mercy as she climbs onto the apron of the ring. Connecting with a moonsault makes Violet flop around in pain. Sam stands Violet up and throws her back into the ring, before the count of ten. Back inside the ring. It is now back and forth action between both superstars. Violet with a few back hand chops to Sam. Sam with a few closed fist punches, which sends Violet stumbling backwards, catching herself on the ropes. Sam tries to go for a Irish whip, but Violet bocks, and plants Sam face first with a leg sweep. Violet remains in control of the match up, well until she tries to go for a standing, head scissors, but Sam catches her legs. Fisherman�s carry sends Violet to the mat. Sam goes for the cover, but only manages to get a two count. Grabbing her by her hair Sam, has a few �friendly words with her. But Violet obviously doesn�t listen as she drops down causing Sam, to hit her jaw, on the top of Violet�s head. Violet goes for the cover. After realizing it was going to take a lot to keep Samantha Curie down. Violet continues on with the match. But Sam manages to get the upper hand, in their once again back and forth action. With a drop kick which sends Violet down yet again. Not even wasting time with a cover. Sam puts a full Nelson on Violet�..which soon she begins to tap out from the pain.
Match Winner: Via Submission Samantha Curie Ben Campbell vs Paige Match Summary: This match had back and forth action all throughout the match, both of them had the fans on the edge of their seats. Being the ring veteran that he is, Campbell got the upperhand in the beginning of the match, grounding Paige on the mat.
But as we know, she is not running thin in the skill department and she uses that to gain the advantage in the match about mid way. The fans get behind her as she continues to take it to Campbell. Out of no where, she then ends up nailing her finisher on Ben, which brings the fans to their feet, but when she gets the cover and only gets a two count.
As all of us, she can�t believe it. While she is wondering how she didn�t get the pin Ben then surprises her and rolls her up in a school boy pin, but she kicks out of it at the count of two. The two of them stand up to look at each other after the quick pinfall attempts, but that is where Campbell takes advantage again with a clothesline.
The two continue to battle for the right to move on in the tournament, and in the end Paige is able to connect with her finisher �The Karma Effect� once again, and this time gets the three count.
Winner: Paige Via Pinfall Justin Spirit vs Cody Rhodes Match Summary: This match got underway very quickly with Rhodes capitalizing on his speed. He hit Justin with a series of moves that kept the Iceman guessing. Rhodes maintained an impressive advantage through the first half of this match. But it only took one false move to turn it around into Justin's favor. After reversing a suplex with a Russian legsweep that had hints of the Hitman. Spirit targeted the back of Rhodes and while Cody got in a few counters, Justin was able to wear him down. In the end, Justin placed Cody into the Sharpshooter and there was no way this young rookie could get away. So he chose to live to fight another day and tapped out, allowing Justin Spirit to advance to the semi-finals of the King of the Ring tournament. Match Winner: Justin Spirit via Submission "Downfall" by Trust Co. played as Justin's hand was raised. Cody gathered up his pride and showed his sportsmanship by giving Spirit a handshake that was gladly returned. Rhodes made his way up the ramp while Justin celebrated his advancement. But as soon as Cody reached the curtain... SMACK! He is brought straight down with a vicious chair shot to the head. Bolt walks out, steps over him, and heads down the ramp. Justin turns and narrows his eyes, not letting his guard down. Bolt stops halfway down the ramp and holds a mic to his mouth. he stretches out his powerful arm, pointing at Justin with the chair. The Extreme title glitters off his waist. "Challenge...accepted." And with a grin, Bolt turns and leaves the arena, heading backstage. Medics check up on the downed Cody as Justin looks on from inside the ring. The crowd is going wild, as they all know exactly what Bolt has just agreed to. Sometime soon, ECWF will have a Lion's Den match of epic proportions... Main Event John Cena Vs Shane Douglas The cameras return to the ECWF arena after the commercial break and come to a rest upon the ramp as �Basic Thuganomics� begins to play over the P.A system. Immediately the fans go WILD as John Cena immerges from the gate area and walks out to the top of the ramp. Kelly Clarkson � Welcome back to Monday night madness, and these people are PUMPED for this main event Sonny! Sonny Siaki � That�s an understatement Kelly, tonight is the return of Shane Douglas and these people wanna see John Cena whoop his ass! Dressed in a pair of baggy jean shorts, Cena stops to pump up his Reeboks before jumping around to get the fans pumped up. He then takes off in a run for the ring before sliding in under the bottom rope and jumping up to his feet. Cameras flash off all around the arena as he climbs the turnbuckle and holds his arms up into the air Kelly Clarkson � Well if anyone in Jason�s absence can handle Shane Douglas, it�s John Cena... And I hope he KILLS Douglas tonight Cena climbs off the turnbuckle and turns his attention to the ramp to await the arrival of the franchise, his theme fades away and after a few moments of silence he�s greeted with a mans voice, one not belonging to Shane Douglas Larry Sweeney � Mr Cena, might I have your attention! A strange man makes his way out to the top of the ramp with a microphone in hand, and as John takes a step back from the ropes and quirks a brow. This guy begins to speak as he walks his way down the ramp and towards the ring. Larry Sweeney � Unfortunately Mr. Douglas is a fat out of shape pile of crap who was unable to make it to the event tonight... Therefore I am about to start a petition that my client instead gets a shot at the world title instead of him. Kelly Clarkson � John look out! Sonny Siaki � its Chris Hero! The fans boo as Hero slips into the ring behind Cena with a steel chair in hand, and as Soon as John turns around �WHACK!� he�s clobbered with the chair and sent to the mat on his back. The booing grows even louder as Larry climbs the ring steps and enters the ring with a smirk on his face Larry Sweeney � You see, Mr. Hero is just a better physical specimen and is well deserving of the ECWF�s highest accolade! �HOLD IT RIGHT THERE YOU MOTHERFUCKER!� The fans buzz with excitement as Shane Douglas appears at the top of the ramp dressed in his wrestling gear and with a PISSED off look on his face Shane Douglas � You come out here and ruin MY fucking return by knocking out that BITH John Cena!?... Well CLEARLY you don�t know who the FUCK I am!? Larry Sweeney � We know all about you Shane, and if you�re so pissed... Why don�t you do something about it!? Douglas grins ear to ear and drops the mic on the ramp before breaking off in a run down the ramp, the fans go WILD as he dives into the ring and jumps up only to dodge a chair shot by Chris Hero. Shane pivots on his heels and turns to Hero who spins around, and after kneeing him in the torso, Franchise wraps his arms around Hero and DRIVES him to the mat with the �Franchiser� Sonny Siaki � THE FRANCHISER! Larry drops his microphone and bales out of the ring, however Douglas is quick on his tail as Larry hops the barricades and tries to escape through the crowd Sonny Siaki � And now he�s chasing him through the crowd! Kelly rolls her eyes and shakes her head in total disgust having refused to even talk about Douglas, and as the fans eat up the chase through their rankings, Chris Hero rolls to his side with a grimace and begins to crawl towards the ropes. Unfortunately for him, John Cena also begins to get himself up Kelly Clarkson � Hey look, Cena and Hero are up! Both men get to their feet, and as Hero holds his back and looks out over the audience he suddenly feels a tap on his shoulder... The fans buzz as his face goes blank, and as Chris turns around Cena waves his fingers in front his face while yelling out �YOU CAN�T SEE ME!� Sonny Siaki � Could it be!? John boots him then scoops Hero up across his shoulders before DRIVING him to the mat with the F-U... The fans go WILD as �Basic Thuganomics� begins to play over the P.A system once again Kelly Clarkson � THE FU! And Cena gets the last laugh! John waves his fingers in front of his face again before grinning and making his way out of the ring, he holds his arms up for the cheering fans as the cameras fade to the ECWF logo and the end of the show |
