The F*ck the World, FTW, Title was created by Taz in March of 1998. Taz felt cheated because he had not got a ECW World Title shot from Shane Douglas. The Belt was droped to Sabu. Then the Belt was combined with the ECW World Title after Taz won it from Sabu. The Title is technically unrecognized.
