Last week on SLAM! John
'Bradshaw' Layfield
suffered his first defeat here in Real Action
Wrestling at the hands of Mr. Kennedy but due to the impressive past month of
John "Bradshaw" Layfield, the RAW corporate office has rewarded John Layfield
with an Intercontinental Championship match at the pay per view Unforgiven
against the 1996 Olympic Gold Medal Winner Kurt Angle.

The scene opens up with John Layfield standing on stage in front of a table, on
the table are various microphones from different radio stations

Layfield -
Ladies and gentlemen. I welcome you to this exclusive press conference with John
Layfield. You are all wondering why I, John 'Bradshaw' Layfield am holding a
press conference...Well I was speaking to the boss earlier today and Vince said
that not all the tickets for Unforgiven have been sold out yet....so I am here
to tell everyone that at Unforgiven....I will become the new Real Action
Wrestling Intercontinental Champion! That cue ball impersonator Kurt Angle
has zero chance against me! He may have won that Gold Medal 11 years ago in
amateur wrestling but he isn't a .....WRESSSTLING GOD! like myself and I am
going to prove exactly that on Monday Night at Unforgiven! Kurt Angle is a great
wrestler and he would make a great Intercontinental Champion but unfortunately
for him, he will have to wait for another day because the Intercontinental
Championship belt practically already has my name written on it and it will
remain written on it for a long damn time because besides one fluke loss against
Mr. Kennedy last week, I have been invincible here in Real Action Wrestling and
there is no sign of that run stopping. I am going to go through Kurt Angle
like....well....a clothesline from hell!
