A short term, non-collateral loan to businessmen and small and medium-sized corporations secured by post-dated checks.

Requirements

* Latest current account bank statements for at least 3 months / or Savings Account (SA)
* Mayor's Permit or Barangay Permit to operate business
* DTI for single proprietorship or SEC Registration for Corporation
* Board resolution to borrow for corporation
* Basic documentary requirements

Business Corporation & Partnership

a. Board Resolution or Secretary's Certificate
b. SEC Registration / Articles of Incorporation

INTEREST RATE (ADD-ON): 4%
LOANABLE AMOUNT: Php 10,000 to Php 150,000
TERMS: 3 to 6 months

Doctor's Loan
A short-term, non-collateral loan to doctors engaged in medicine, dentistry, optometry, and veterinary medicine.

Requirements

* Clear copy of updated PRC I.D. or Proof of Renewal, if expired
* Copy of latest bank statement (CA / SA) for at least 3 months
* Proof of billing (Meralco, Telephone, Water Bill, etc.)
* Photocopy of 2 valid I.D.
* 2 x 2 picture

Salary Loan
Short term non-collateral loans to corporate employees.

Requirements

* Certificate of Employment (Original)
* Photocopy of at least 1 month payslip
* At least 1 year employed and a regular employee
* Minimum of Php 15,000.00 gross salary and other income
* Recent bank statement (CA / SA) at least 3 months, if any
* Photocopy of 2 valid IDs

TERMS: 4 to 6 months

OFW-Allottee Loan
A short term, non-collateral loan to OFWs.

Requirements

* OFW already been deployed at least 3 months
* 24-55 years old upon loan maturity
* Co-borrower who will act as a principal borrower preferably employed or with business
* Employment Contract / E-Receipt / POEA Info. Sheet
* Proof of remittance (at least 3 months)
* Marriage Contract

INTEREST RATE (ADD-ON): 4%
LOANABLE AMOUNT: Php 10,000 to Php 100,000
TERMS: 4 to 6 months

Seaman's Loan
A short term, non-collateral loan to Seamans.

Requirements

* Photocopy of Passport and Seaman's Book
* Photocopy of Latest Contract of Embarkation / POEA Contract
* Photocopy of allotment slip
* Copy of Seafarer Registration Certification (SRC)
* Must be deployed for 2nd time or at least 6 months experience

Requirements

* Subdivision / Residential house and lots (w/in Metro Manila & nearby provinces such as Laguna, Cavite and Rizal)
* Certified true copy of TCT, Tax Declaration and RETR
* Original copy of community tax certificate (CEDULA) & TIN
* Usual requirements apply if borrower is employed, with business, seaman, OFW or doctor
* Copy of Marriage Contract, if married
