A long time ago in a place not to far away from here, four musicians came together and made music, today we call these four guys ECS...Well that is the short version of how we all came together. It all started five years ago when Jared started his own band and he had Andrew come in as the Bass player, the band was called Self-Titled. Then Jason, who was a good friend of Jared's, wanted to play in the band so he replaced Andrew, whom was off playing with other locals bands like After the Tragedy (formely Vacant) and Passage. Then one day Self-Titled broke up. Thats when Jared got asked to join a band called Hi-Fi Fury. That is where Jared met Isaac. Then all of a sudden that band broke up. Jared then decided that he wanted to bring everybody together to form a new band. Thus began the legacy of ECS, with Jared Singing and playing Guitar, Isaac on the drums, Jason on the Bass and on Back-up-Vocals, and Andrew on the guitar, Back-up-Vocals, and once in a while lead vocals. Every member in this band has there own unique style which once brought together creates the music that is ECS. Although classified as Punk, ECS is a band that has influences from many forms of rock; including punk rock, alternative, old classic rock, and hard rock. Each song has its own rock style to it. If you are looking for a band that performs a great show, has a unique style, and has the drive to be the next best thing, this is the band you want to see. |
