If you apply to be a team that is already under control then basically, you wont be joining. If any of the teams interest you, please apply. If none of them take your fancy OR all teams are taken...You can ask to be placed on the waiting list. If you're first in the list, you will be first priority. You will be noted before anyone else (if there is anyone) in the list of any team availability.
