PICTURES OF EXTERIOR OF HOUSE AND PROPERTY
House from the front lawn.
House from driveway.
North side of the house.
House, bridge to deck and garage from top of driveway. The driveway is wide enough for two vehicles from top at road to driveway. The driveway continues down around the garage to the right.
Front of garage with new garage door. The garage door is a steel insulated door. It is insulated with polyurethane injection. Due to the urethane being injected the outside of the door is rock hard, dent resistant.
House and Garage from across the road.
View of evergreen windbreak next to the driveway on North side of garage. The closest house is on the other side of these evergreens. The owner of that home also planted evergreens along his side so the privacy screen / windbreak is pretty thick.
View from Northern windbreak looking back toward house and garage. The landscaping around the garage and part of the house is done with a ground cover of red stone.
View looking down the driveway around the right side of the garage. It leads to the lower level of the garage and a large paved parking area.
View of the back of the garage, pool and house. Constructed on the back of the garage is a adjustable height basketball backboard and hoop. There is lots of level area to play basketball. All windows on building have been protected from damage from a basketball.
View of house and pool from backyard. Also the upper and lower decks can be seen in this view. From the upper deck there is an excellent view down into the woods.
View looking up the driveway leading to the lower level of the garage. Also shown is the evergreen windbreak / privacy screen between properties.
View of shed at bottom of driveway, behind the garage. It is 10 feet by 12 feet and has plenty of room for the lawn tractor, hand mower, snow blower and lots of gardening tool.
View from far side of backyard looking at backyard, pool, shed and driveway. This is looking along the fence at the back of the yard which is covered with English Ivy.
View of half the lower deck. The majority of the deck is shaded from deck above and is protected from rain by the roof above the upper deck. From the porch swing, on the lower deck, you can look down into the woods and watch deer passing through the woods in the evening.
View of the playground. This is a newly built swing set and fort. It has all been stained last year.
View looking at the outer corner of the lower deck.
View looking down from the upper deck onto the pool deck. It has a platform and ladder for easy access to the pool. The ladder swings out for when the pool is closed.
View looking down from the upper deck onto the lower deck. All of the decks have been restained last year.
View of some landscaping next to bridge to house.
View of the post which support the front porch roof of the house. The front porch was poured in high strength concrete for long lasting durability.
View of the ceiling under the front porch roof. The ceiling has been done in tongue and groove white pine.
View from down in the woods looking up at the house.
View of far side of garage showing where the utilites enter the garage. There are no utility hardware on outside of house of any type. They are all on far side of garage so they are out of site.
View from about 3/4 of the way back in the woods lloking up at the house. All the land in this view is part of the property.
View from upper deck looking down into woods during a fall month. Down at the bottom, of the green, is a stream.
View of air conditioning compressor for the home located on South side of home..
This is also a zoomed in picture of the home next to the closest home across the road. They are all well maintained and constructed homes. The neighbors take great pride in their homes and their homes appearance.
This is a zoomed in picture of the closest house on other side of the road.
View of school bus dropping kids off from school. The bus stops in front of our home to pick up and drop off the kids. In the background, in the woods, you can see the closest home on the other side of the road.
