Canada would be a mixed economy, because people would discuss needs through the government and see if it is fited in its plans.

Japan would be market because it would have to see if there would be a profit for them and/or asking through the government.

Egypt is an example of market economies. Like Japan, the government may or may not be involve when something is wanted to be built. It depends if they get a profit from it.
