Economics Documentation and Information Centre (EDIC)

Economics Documentation and Information Centre (EDIC) has books, journals, research reports and dissertations in economics and related fields and furnishes faculty students and teaching staff with facilities for online information services.

The principal duties of EDIC are divided into 3 parts:

1. Library

It provides loan service of books, textbooks, reference books, journals, etc. to faculty members and students.

2. Studying and Teaching Databases

It takes charge of making databases of bibliographies, journals and dissertations. This is to assist users in searching information in Chulalinet, which is the campus network. Also, it offers loan service, inter library loan service and inquiries.

3. Research Databases include;

  • CU Reference Database
  • It is the database of index of international journals that are presented both in summaries and in full versions. It is a database of Chulalinet that helps to search articles, journals and research reading lists.

  • Datastream
  • It is the online database of economic statistics and worldwide businesses. It is used for doing research and for writing report of the faculty staff and students.
