11/1-Well, last night was interesting. Me and Ellen went to Kim's apartment. She lives on the third floor, and we had to make our way through a huge party on the second floor to get to her place. We took pictures and stuff in her apartment, and then went back down to the party for a little while. Then, we went and ate, and stopped by the party again before going home. I got home at 2, and went to bed at 3. My roommate pounded on the door at 4 (?), and I deliriously opened the door with my eyes still shut, and then fell back in to bed. When I woke up at 7 this morning to get ready to go to breakfast with my parents (after getting only about 4 hours of interrupted sleep), she was laying in bed asleep, still in full costume. She woke up for a couple of minutes and asked me what time she had gotten in. She didn't remember any of it, since she had come in drunk, and now had a terrible hang over. She said someone told her that two girls walked her to our door. I only vaguely remember another voice in the background. Also, we can't figure out how she got into the hallway, because she didn't have her purse, and she would have needed her key card to open the door. Oh well, she got home safely and that's all that matters. Anyway, my parents came today. I had to meet them for breakfast at 8 and then we did some other stuff. They finally let me go back to my room and go to sleep at 11. I slept until 3 and then woke up and called them. They were in New Braunfels with friends. So, I sat around until they got back at 7. We went to the mall to watch a movie, but there was nothing good on. So, we just walked around the mall. When I went to get something to eat the food court was closing. They just dropped me back off at my dorm. I went to Ellen's and we ordered pizza and watched Ferris Bueller's Day Off. What a weird day it has been.

11/2-I went to church with Walker this morning. Then, me, my parents, and Casey went to Pappasito's. We sat on the patio so we didn't have to wait, but the wind started blowing really hard and it got cold. That wasn't very nice. Now, I'm sitting here doing nothing. Oh, and today is Andrea Farmer's birthday, so
Happy Birthday Andrea!!!

11/3-Nothing of importance happened today that I can think of right now. I've been searching online for an apartment for next year. I really want live alone. I don't know how I'm going to like it though. I'll give it a shot. I have to find something now because I need to prelease it. If I wait too long there will be nothing good left, especially near campus. I have found stuff online, but I'm going to actually have to go looking soon. Well, I guess that's it.

11/4-I passed my economics test!!! I'm so relieved. I don't have to make a wonderful grade on the final now just to pass. I was very happy about that. We had a really interesting speaker in my FIG today. He talked about figuring out what you love to do and doing it. Speaking of things I love, I got to go to yoga tonight. It's so relaxing. Other than that I haven't done much except read today.

11/5-I think today has been rather unproductive, but it is only 7. Maybe I can salvage what is left of it by working on all the stuff I should be doing. I did register today though. I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but it turned out ok. Get this, I am taking 6 different classes, but it's only 14 hours, yet I have to spend 16 1/2 hours in class every week. How did I manage to do this again? I have no idea!! Anyway, I have noticed that there are so many strange smells in this dorm. The hallway I walk down everyday smells like vinegar right now. I'm not sure why, but the smell will dissappear just as quickly as it came. I guess that is one of the mysteries of dorm life. Something else I would like to know is how everything gets so dusty. It's terrible. My house never collected this much dust. Oh, I ran into Justin Bergland today. He looked very surprised to see me. I'm sure he didn't know I came here. Anyway, that's all for now.

11/6-Well, I think today has been another wasted day. I went to economics this morning, and then me and my roommate slept all afternoon. Now, I am sitting here with a headache and a backache not wanting to work on anything. I have a psychology test on Monday. I did work on that for a little while. Ellen and I are going to the Andy Warhol exhibit tomorrow. Naturally, we waited until the last weekend it is open to go. Next weekend I'm going to the Renaissance Festival. Me and Ellen are going to meet Heather and Christiana there. It should be fun. I talked to my nana today. Kelsie is having a birthday party this weekend. Michael is going to be in Austin this weekend. Nana said he might want to have lunch or dinner sometime. Well, I can't think of anything else of interest.

11/7-Ok, my journal entries this week have been pretty boring, and today is no exception. It has actually been even more uneventful than the rest of the week. The day's highlight was watching 'How to Marry a Millionaire', an old Marilyn Monroe film. I also watched one episode of Trading Spaces, two episodes of While You Were Out, and three episodes of Cribs. I wasn't exaggerating when I said I had a boring day. Oh, I did wash clothes!! Yay! (Can you sense the sarcasm?) Anyway, me and Ellen are going to a Hometown Holiday Recruitment Training Session tomorrow. Then, we are going to the Andy Warhol exhibit, and making our weekly trip to Target. I dread studying for my psychology test, which is on Monday. That's all folks.

11/8-I had to actually get up this morning to go to a meeting. It was a training session for Hometown Holiday Recruitment. Ellen and I are going to make a presentation at the high school over the holidays about UT. Then, we went to the Andy Warhol exhibit. That was really neat, but it was kind of crowded. That's about all that has happened today.

11/9-Another day of nothing!

11/10-I took my third psychology test today. It wasn't too bad. I want to hurry up and get my grade back. I only have one more test in that class. I think I will make a B in it. My biology test is on Wednesday. If I make at least an 85 on it and a perfect score on my homework again I will have a guaranteed A in the class and won't have to go anymore. That will mean I get to sleep in!!  Anyway, that's all that has happened today.

11/11-I made a A on my psychology test!!! I am very relieved. Now, I just have to do good on my bio test tomorrow, and I'll be much better. I got to go to yoga today, and I talked to Noel. That's all I can think of

11/12-I don't know how I did on my biology test today. The tests are so weird. I never know what to think of them. I took a nap today and almost totally missed psychology. I woke up and went, but I missed the first 25 minutes of it. I was mad because I really like his lectures. I've never missed class before. I don't need to make a habit of that.

11/13-I really don't think I did much today, except go to economics and take a nap.

11/14-I went to Walker's and watched Finding Nemo. It was surprisingly good. I get to go to the Renaissance Festival tomorrow. Yay!!

11/15-I didn't get any sleep last night. We drove to Plantersville to go to the festival and took an extra hour getting there because of a wrong turn. It was pretty fun while we were there, although I was extremely tired. The fireworks show at the end made the whole day worthwhile, aside from seeing Heather, Christiana, and Ericka. We drove home and hit post-game traffic. That was very nerve-wracking. So, today was extremely long and I am very, very tired from not getting any sleep last night. Needless to say, I am going to bed now.
