2/26-I had a long day of class, took a nap, ate dinner, and watched 'Lost inTranslation' at The Union. I don't understand why Bill Murray is nominated for an Oscar for it. It wasn't that great. I'm just glad it's Thursday. No more class until Tuesday, and I get to go condo shopping this weekend.
2/27-My parents were supposed to leave Cleveland at 4, but of course they didn't leave until right before 6. So, I have to wait until they get here at 9:30 to go eat with them. I knew they would be later than they planned, but not this late. I am not looking forward to having to get up early in the morning, but at least it's for a good cause: so I have a place to live next year!!
2/28-Ok. So I had to get up early this morning to go look at condos, but it was worth it because I found one I like. We're going back tomorrow to look at it again, and a couple other places. Then, we went with Clay and Becky, our financial guy and his wife, our Realtor, and Walker, to The Oasis on Lake Travis to celebrate my birthday. It was fun. Well, it was something to do at least. I'll update the condo situation tomorrow.
2/29-We looked at more condos today, and my parents ended up making an offer on the one I wanted. I hope the seller accepts it. I have a lot of work to do before I can move into it. I'm going to have to paint, remove wall paper, and change fixtures, among other things. I'm so glad that it is only two weeks until Spring Break. Heather is supposed to be visiting me here next weekend. That should be fun.
