Merry Meet! I am HPs Lady Raven Moon of Hecate.

I live in Southern Indiana, where I have lived for the past 2 years. I have 2 children, a daughter 8 and a son 6. My hubby, Lord Latharious, is Pagan, not Wiccan, whereas I am Wiccan. I have been studying and practicing the Craft and Wicca for a little over 11 years. I teach Wicca, Witchcraft, Astrology, Greek and Roman Mythology.

I have been teaching Wicca and the Craft for about 5 years now, and I have been teaching Astrology and Mythology for about 3 years.

All of the lessons that you will learn here at the Eclectic School of Wicca, I have done myself, as have all of the other teachers here.

I have been in several Covens, both online and in person Covens. The first was not the best experience, as the other Coven members along with the High Priestess chose to do Black Magick, which is something that I do not condone. The other Covens lacked structure, which is something that I need. I now run my own Coven, that is small, it consists of myself, hy husband who is the High Priest, my best friend/sister who is the Maiden, and another very good friend of mine, that is a 1st Degree Priestess. Witches around here where I live choose to stay in the closet because this area is mostly Catholic, Amish and Menonite. Therefore those that practice the Craft are shunned on a regular basis.

My name is Lady Anarane and welcome to our school! I hope that you find a home among us while you�re here.
A small bit about myself. Hummm�. where to begin, I guess the beginning would be good�lol...I�m married, my husband Elrohir follows the same path as I. We have 9 children between us, and a grandchild. I live in Southwestren part of Arkansas. We moved here 2 years ago, so there are not many pagans in our area. So we are solitary practitioners.
   I started on my path about a year and half ago. I was raised by my grandmother in a fairly strict Baptist home. My husband was raised very strict Baptist. The Baptist religion just wasn�t doing it for us and we didn�t agree with everything they had to say. I knew there was more out there, so I started my search. I found out that I come from a Celtic Traditionalist background on my father�s side. My husband's Great Grandmother and Grandmother were Celtic Traditionalist, which started us on our journey.
    I have done these lessons that you are about to embark upon, with HPs Lady Raven, Elrohir is also taking these classes, and I am now a 3rd Degree Priestess. Yes they are detailed and there will be a lot of research involved. What you put into these classes is what you will gain from them. That is up to you. I will not chase you down for lessons, if you're serious about your path with the Goddess, I won�t have to. Don�t be afraid to ask questions, that is what we are here for. You will never learn if you don�t ask, and this is a learning process that doesn't stop here. Your path will carry you beyond this school when your done. Always keep your mind open to the knowledge you will gain.

    So with that said..pull up a comfy chair, kick off your shoes, get your coffee or tea and let�s get to work. Also remember to have fun! Makes the learning much easier�lol.

Here's the story of Lady Maya's path to faith...

Many of us associate our most deeply-held convictions with a single, life-changing experience. Others have always held certain beliefs sacred. In either case, it is important to talk about our experience and share our story or testimony.

Well I started my life as a Muslim, not because I like the religion and was convinced of it but because I was born to Muslim parents and that was it.� I was convinced that there was a higher being out there but just not so structured.� After some events in my personnel life which left me quite devastated spiritually I decided to seek some peace, I found that I wasn't completely satisfied with the religion that I was following, not that this religion is not good it is, just not for me...I looked for some thing more and my research led me to Wicca and paganism.� I also have a family full of psychic members and I inherited some of these abilities, so I looked into channeling too.� It took me a year of research but in the end after a lot of soul and internet searching I found witch school and the Correllian tradition...Something in my head clicked and a light went on in my soul.� Since then I have gotten my first degree in Correllian Wicca, I'm now working on my second degree.��I am a member of the Shrine of Astral light, where I am doing my learning.� I've also discovered that the Correllian tradition is not all that is out there and feel that I no longer belong to that tradition. I have, since then, had my first and second degree in eclectic witchcraft and working on my third degree.� I classify myself more as a witch now and not a Wiccan.

Hi all! I am Lady Centaury and I'm the Maiden here at the school. I am one of those "pagan all my life but never knew there was a name for it!" kind of witches. I have been practicing for the last 12 years or so, but really seriously in the last 6 years or so. I live up here with my two kids, my cats Wingnut and Hudson, here in Connecticut. I'm in the beautiful northwest corner! I was one of the lucky ones whose parents didn't push religion on them. I was encouraged to find my own path (as my mom would say, I didn't have to be religious, but she wanted me to be spiritual!) My path has led to Wicca. I am an eclectic, but I lean towards Dianic, Native American, Green witchcraft, and animal guides and familiars.

I have been with this school for a while, and I just graduated and I am now a 3rd Degree Priestess. I have found that I truly love to teach and I am looking forward to help out more students.

I am involved in many online Pagan groups, I am assistant editor to the Connecticut Wiccan and Pagan Network newsletter, the Wiccan Read, and I still help out her friends with their groups and I'm also an assistant to my friend on her online school.
