How to Change eye color in Paint Shop Pro
This is the original image.
Zoom in to the eyes.
Choose the Change to Target Brush and choose the color you want the eyes
to be,then change the brush size that fits to the iris's size and click over the eye's iris.
Here we will make the eyes green.
