Blood Bath 2003” appear on the screen.An explosion occurs.
The screen flashes over to a short video of Nick & Hard Stone’s 7-month feud. Stating that tonight will end it all.
The next video shows still pictures of Donny Downfall & War Machine’s brutal “I Quit” match from last month’s ‘Annihilation’.
It shows Nick announcing the Championship Steel Cage Ladder match. It shows some of the events leading up to the match. It then shows the unmasking of the returning Tiny Tim & Jack “Thunder” Caine from last Monday’s Massacre.
The words “Let the Blood Bath begin.” appear on the now-pitch black screen.
Pyros fill the air, the sold-out crowd is going crazy, and the cameras running rapid around the filled arena.
Owen Nelson: This is the second annual Blood Bath! Blood Bath 2003 coming to you live right here from the sold-out United Center from Chicago, Illinois! On a night where I, Owen Nelson, and my broadcast partner, “Big” Ben Little, will call the long-awaited Championship Steel Cage Ladder Match.
“Big” Ben Little: You are absolutely correct, Owen. But not only will we call that epic battle, but we will call with I think will be Hard Stone’s last match! Nick verses Hard stone right here, live, tonight!
Owen Nelson: It might indeed be his last match. But just because of that referee, Statik X.

Owen Nelson: I can’t wait for that. Plus, another fatal four-way match. But this time Duke Thorn defends his HardCore title against three other men in J.R. Rose, Justin Warner, and the just-returned Jacob McDaniels!
“Big” Ben Little: We’ve got all that and much, much more.
“Dead Bodies Everywhere” then hit’s the speakers as Nick enters the arena, walks down the aisle, and enters the ring as the crowd boos.
Nick is handed a microphone.

Nick: Well, hello gentlemen. You know I was thinking, this Pay-Per-View is good enough, anyways. I thought I’d take you off the Tag Title Match.

We see all three members of the new Friends of Chaos backstage. Donny, with his title, is training in one corner of the room. The other two, Tiny Tim & Jack “Thunder” Caine are at his side. Talking to him as he trains (stretches, etc…)

Jack Caine: It won’t be easy.
Donny: I know.
Jack Caine: You could lose.

Big Blue Devil: (Laughs) Well of course I can, you idiot! I’m Big Blue Devil. A former Intercontinental Champion on top of everything you just mentioned. The Intercontinental Title is right under the World title, so yeah, I’m pretty darn proud of winning that beauty. And I plan on doing that again this Thursday on Thrashing after I earn my shot by beating Justin Sullivan tonight to a bloody pulp. I can’t wait. He cost me my match with Gladiator last Monday on Massacre, and that is something I cannot ever forgive him for.

Hard Stone gets back up, & signals for another referee.
Not to long later, referee Bob Spano runs down to the ring.
“Big” Ben Little: You better not count, Bob…
Hard Stone covers Nick once again…1.…2.… Statik X barely stops the count!
Crowd boos very, VERY loudly.
Owen Nelson: Hard Stone should be our boss right now!
Statik X is still down & barely awake on the mat.
So Statik X, Nick, & Bob Spano are all down.
Hard Stone stands up.
Hard Stone just leans against the top rope with the expression on his face as if he were to be saying “What am I supposed to do now???…???”
“Big” Ben Little: ……. So………?
A few moments later, Statik X is up.
Hard Stone & Statik get in each other’s faces, arguing.
A short while later, a dazed Nick gets a school boy on Hard Stone from behind… Statik X fast counts yet again… 1.2. Hard Stone kicks out!
Owen Nelson: Whew! That was close.
Hard Stone quickly gets back up.
Where Nick slowly gets to one knee.
Hard stone picks up the folded steel chair, & raises it over his head, getting ready to hit Nick in the head. When Statik X pulls the chair from Hard Stone’s hands, from behind Hard Stone. Hard Stone turns around & WHAM! Statik X has hit Hard Stone over the skull with the steel chair. Busting Hard Stone wide open. & knocking Hard Stone out.

Statik X & Nick leave the ring. Nick’s feet are like noodles.
Owen Nelson: I don’t believe this. Now Hard Stone must quit his job as commissioner of ECFW.
In the ring, a bloody Hard Stone is barely moving.
Bob Spano is back up, & helps Hard Stone to his knees.
Crowd: HARD STONE! HARD STONE! HARD STONE! HARD STONE! Etc…
Hard Stone stands up straight with a shocked look on his face.
Hard Stone looks around at the crowd, & “Da Man” begins to play.
“Big” Ben Little: C’mon, Hard Stone. Beat it.
The crowd continues to chant “Hard Stone! Hard Stone!”.
Hard Stone leaves the ring & slowly walks up the ramp as if his whole life just came to and end.
Owen Nelson: I hope you’ve got your VCR’s set. Because this is the last time we will see the legend known as Hard Stone.
Once at the top of the ramp, Hard Stone turns around & raises his arms in the air, forming an ‘X’.

Hard Stone turns back around & walks through the curtain & out of the arena.
“Big” Ben Little: Bye-bye, Hard Stone.
INTERVIEW
Interviewer John Davis is waiting for Nick & Statik X to enter Nick’s office. John is standing by the door. Just then, a bloody, sweaty Nick & Statik X enter the scene.
John Davis: Nick, Nick, wait. Can I have a word?
Nick: Go ahead! WHOOOO!!! I’m up for anything!
John Davis: Alright. Can you answer me what it feels like to know you only won the match with Statik X’s help?
Nick’s smile turns to a frown.
Nick: I won that match fait & square. And I ended Hard Stone’s has-been career fair & square. And it felt good. That’s how it felt, John: Good.
John Davis: Ok… Are you going to hire a new commissioner?
Nick: It would have to be someone I trust. Someone who wouldn’t turn their back on me like Hard Stone did. If I do, you’ll find out who on Thursday. Until then, get out of my way. I’ve got some partying to do.
Nick & static X enter the office & slam the door in John’s face.
Scene Fades.
Owen Nelson: I can’t believe this. Nick & Statik X have ended the legendary career of Hard Stone by cheating. & they think it was fair & square.
“Big” Ben Little: Yeah, yeah. But let’s not live in the past, Owen. Because the main event is up next!…

Donny Downfall Vs. War Machine
Sam Jenkans: Up next is the main event. In this match, there will be a steel cage lowered into the ring… (As he is saying this, a ladder is being placed in the middle of the ring. And the cage is being lowered) and the participants must climb the ladder and retrieve the Championship belt. The first to do this, will be declared the winner and the ECFW Champion.
Introducing at this time, the challenger. Weighing in at a 330 pounds, from Berlin, Germany….. War Machine! (Crowd boos)
"Feuer Frei" by Rammstein hit’s the speakers as War Machine walks down the ramp, and enters the steel cage door into the ring.
Sam Jenkans: And now, for his opponent. Weighing in 245 pounds, from Rimouski, Quebec, Canada, he is the ECFW Champion…. Donny Downfall! (Crowd cheers)
“Downfall” by Trust Company begins to play as Donny Downfall, with his title belt, walks down the ramp. He enters the cage and into the ring.
Donny hands the belt over to the referee, who is standing right outside the open cage door.
The ref holds the title above his head. Showing that this match is for the title.
He hands the belt over to the time keeper, and closes and locks the cage door.
He calls for the bell.
BELL RINGS!!!
Donny & War Machine stare each other down.
They begin to trash talk.
They exchange blows.
“Big” Ben Little: Here we go…
War Machine gets the upper hand with a knee to the stomach of Downfall.
War Machine slams Donny’s head into the cage!
Crowd boos
Donny falls back-first to the mat.
Owen Nelson: That’s gotta hurt.
Donny pulls himself back up.
War Machine throws Donny back-first into the steel cage once again!
The crowd’s boos become much louder.
Donny bounces off the cage & into the canvas.
“Big” Ben Little: Oooo…. Ouch.
War Machine picks Donny back up.
War Machine Irish whips Donny back-first into the turnbuckles.
War Machine runs full-speed toward Donny, setting up for a running clothesline. But… Donny moves out of the way at the last split second. And war Machine runs sternum-first into the turnbuckles! The force causes him to bounce back & land on the ring floor!

Owen Nelson: Smart move by Donny.
Donny Downfall folds up the ladder that is in the middle of the ring.
War Machine gets back up.
Donny hits War Machine in the head/face with the steel ladder! Knocking War Machine out-cold & causing him to bleed from his forehead.
“Big” Ben Little: This thing could be over already!
Donny slams the already-folded ladder into a downed War Machine’s ribs, chest, & back. War Machine is screaming in pain as Donny is doing this.
Owen Nelson: My God!
Donny finally stops, & sets up the ladder in the middle of the caged ring, & begins to climb it. Step by step.
“Big” Ben Little: War Machine better hurry here if he wants to win.
Donny is on the third rung.
The fourth.
Crowd: DONNY! DONNY! DONNY! DONNY! DONNY! DONNY! DONNY! Etc…
The fifth.
War Machine is on one knee.
Donny is reaching for the belt. His fingers are just barely under the belt strap.
Owen Nelson: Just a little further, Donny…
As soon as Donny steps on the sixth rung, War Machine pushes the ladder & Donny into the steel cage! Donny’s body hit’s the top of the cage, & bounces back all the way down. About a 6-8 foot drop! His body appears to be limp!
Crowd gasps!
“Big” Ben Little: Whoa!
War Machine is down also.
Crowd: DONNY! DONNY! DONNY! DONNY! DONNY! DONNY! DONNY! Etc…
Owen Nelson: Who is going to get up first here???…
A few moments later, War Machine is back up.
Donny is still down & out. He hasn’t moved once since his body hit the cage & fell back down to the mat.
War Machine looks down at Donny & laughs.
“Big” Ben Little: That is sick & sadistic….. I love it!
War Machine picks up the downed ladder, & sets it up in the middle of the ring.
War Machine starts climbing.
Owen Nelson: War Machine could have it won here…
War Machine is on the second rung.
The third.
The fourth.
Donny starts to move.
War Machine is on the fifth.
Crowd: WAR MACHINE SUCKS! WAR MACHINE SUCKS! Etc…
The sixth.
The tip of War Machine’s fingers are touching the title belt.
“Big” Ben Little: He’s gonna do it!…
Donny, still down, kicks the ladder from under War Machine! The ladder collapses & War Machine falls from the air, about 8 feet high, & his whole body lands on top of the ladder!
Crowd gasps!
Owen Nelson: HOLLY!!!…..
Crowd: HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP!
“Big” Ben Little: My God! I have never seen anything like that! War Machine’s body is broken in half!
War Machine is out-cold on top of the downed sideways ladder.
Donny is on one knee.
Owen Nelson: I wouldn’t be surprised if every bone in War Machine’s body is completely shattered.
Donny is up. But still a bit dazed.
Donny is trying hard to keep his balance.
Donny drags up a limp, lifeless, bloody monster of a man in War Machine, & War Machine is dead weight.
Donny is trying hard to pull up War Machine up all the way, but War Machine sinks right back down to the mat.
“Big” Ben Little: Wow. He really is broken in half.
Donny tries one more time, & throws War Machine head first into the cage.
War Machine is down again. Not that he never got up on his own anyways.
Owen Nelson: All Donny has to do now is climb the ladder.
“Big” Ben Little: But I think Donny just wants to punish War Machine.
Owen Nelson: Unfortunately, you may be right.
Donny picks up the ladder.
Donny sets up the ladder.
Donny starts to climb.
He is on the first rung.
The second.
The crowd is cheering.
“Big” Ben Little: As much as I hate to say it, I think this one is over.
Donny is on the third rung.
The fourth.
Owen Nelson: Yep. And still your ECFW Champion….. Donny Downfall!
Donny is on the fifth.
War Machine starts to move. But not much at all.
The sixth.
He reaches up for the belt, & his finger tips are touching.
The crowd is going crazy!
Donny climbs up one more step. To the seventh rung.
Donny reaches up for the belt, & out of nowhere, War Machine jumps up & knocks Donny off the ladder!

“Big” Ben Little: Whew!
War Machine falls right back down, being that he is in so much pain.
Donny is, obviously, down too.
The ladder is still up & has barely moved.
Owen Nelson: I really thought Donny had this thing won.
“Big” Ben Little: But you were dead wrong!
Not to long later, Donny Downfall is back up on his feet.
War Machine is on his hands & knees.
Donny picks up War Machine to his feet, & kicks War Machine in the stomach, & goes for War Machine’s own finisher, The Bionic Bomb (Jackknife Power Bomb) but War Machine reverses it into a back body drop!

He stands back up straight. And is really struggling to stay there.
Donny uses the ring ropes to pull himself back up. He is holding his back in pain.

“Big” Ben Little: Bionic Bomb! That’s it! It’s over! You might as well ring the bell!

He stands straight again.
He walks over to the ladder, & sets his right foot on the first rung.

Owen Nelson: Boy! The crowd is really into this one.
War Machine is on the second rung.

Donny starts to move.
War Machine is on the fourth.
“Big” Ben Little: Just a few more steps, War Machine…
He is on the fifth rung.
Donny is up & he drop kicks War Machine off of the ladder & into the mat!

Owen Nelson: Donny is still in this thing!
Again, the ladder is still up & has barely moved.
Donny is on one knee, holding the back of his head in pain.
Donny is up straight.
War Machine uses the ropes to pull himself back up.
Donny goes for a clothesline, but War Machine ducks & delivers a clothesline of his own to Donny.

War Machine turns around, & folds up the ladder.
War Machine awaits Donny’s recovery.
Not to long later, Donny stands back up to his feet.
War Machine runs the ladder into Donny’s face! Knocking Downfall out & busting him open!

War Machine drops the ladder.
War Machine drags a bloody, near-lifeless Donny Downfall back up to his wobbly feet, & slams Donny’s bloody head into the steel cage! Causing Donny to fall right back down.
“Big” Ben Little: C’mon, War Machine. All you have to do is set up the ladder and climb it.
War Machine picks up the ladder, & sets it in the middle of the ring.
War Machine climbs up to the first rung.
The second.
The third.
Donny is on his hands & knees. His head is dripping blood onto the canvas.
Owen Nelson: Look at that puddle of blood!
War Machine is on the fourth rung.
Donny is up.
“Big” Ben Little: Watch out, War Machine…
Donny pushes the ladder into the cage! War Machine’s bloody body bounces off the cage & back down into the canvas. Much like what happened to Donny earlier in the match.

Owen Nelson: What goes around comes around.
The ladder & War Machine are both down.
Donny is up but dazed.
Donny gets down where War Machine is, & applies the DOWNFALL EXECUTION to War Machine!

“Big” Ben Little: Oh no!

War Machine is screaming in pain.
Now he is coughing violently.
Donny tightens the hold.
Owen Nelson: This is not good for the challenger.
War Machine is tapping!
“Big” Ben Little: But there are no submissions in a ladder match.
War Machine seems to be fading away.
Donny tightens the hold.
War Machine has passed out.
Donny finally releases the hold.
Donny stands back up to his feet, & puts the ladder in the middle of the ring. (The ladder is still folded & down though)
Owen Nelson: Uhm….. Donny…… The ladder has to be UP for you to climb it.
Donny drags War Machine on top of the ladder. (Kind of like a War Machine sandwich with only one slice of bread on the bottom)
“Big” Ben Little: What’s he doing???…???
Donny kicks War Machine in the gut.
Donny turns around, & starts climbing it.
Owen Nelson: I think he’s going to jump on War Machine on the ladder from the top of this 15 foot steel cage!
“Big” Ben Little: What?! No! I sure hope not!
Donny is about half way up the cage.
War Machine is still down & out on top of the ladder in the middle of the ring.
The crowd is almost silent. Wanting to know what Donny is going to do.
Donny is now at the top of the cage. He is keeping his balance up there by keeping one hand on one of the rope things attached to the top of the cage from the ceiling.
The crowd’s silence is slowly transforming into cheers as they see what is on Donny’s sick mind.
Owen Nelson: You might wanna think about this, Donny…
Donny acknowledges the fans, & then……………………… DONNY JUMPS OFF THE TOP OF THE 15 FOOT CAGE ONTO WAR MACHINE ONTO THE LADDER!!!!!!!!!!!
Crowd erupts! The fans at home watching on Pay-Per-View would have to turn up the volume all of the way to hear the announcers speaking!
“Big” Ben Little: OH MY GOSH!!!!
Crowd: HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP!
Both men are down & out. War Machine is still half on the ladder. While Donny is right at his side, face first on the mat.
Owen Nelson: THAT WAS AMAZING!
The crowd continues their chant of “HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP! Etc…”
“Big” Ben Little: I don’t see how either one of these men is going to get back up.
Donny is barely starting to move.
War Machine is still out cold.
Owen Nelson: Well this match isn’t going to end until one of them does get up.

“Big” Ben Little: For some stupid reason the fans want Donny to win this thing. I just don’t get it.
Donny uses all of his power to rolls to his back.
Owen Nelson: A better position for Downfall.
A while later (Pretty long time) Donny is slowly crawling over to the ropes.
War Machine starts to move his arms. But has a far away look in his eyes.
“Big” Ben Little: C’mon, Donny…
Donny pulls himself up using the ropes. But it is taking everything he’s got to stay on his feet.
Owen Nelson: Downfall is back up.
Donny pulls the ladder from under a barely conscious War Machine, & sets it up in the middle of the ring. (War Machine is at the very side of the cage)
“Big” Ben Little: Awe, man.
Donny puts his right foot on the bottom rung.

Owen Nelson: Just a few more steps and Donny retains his title.
Donny is on the second rung.
War Machine is struggling to get up.
War Machine uses the ropes & is now on one knee.
“Big” Ben Little: Yes! War Machine still has a chance!
Donny is on the third rung.
War Machine is standing up straight. But is barely keeping his balance.
Owen Nelson: You better move faster, champ…
War Machine walks over to the ladder.
He starts climbing the opposite side of the ladder. He is on the first rung.
“Big” Ben Little: Now it’s just who gets there first…
Donny is on the fourth rung.
War Machine is on the second.
You can tell by the look on each man’s face, that every step they take is taking all of their strength. And that they are in unbearable pain.
Owen Nelson: At this pace, Donny will win.

Donny has slowed down, being that he is running out of strength.

He is handed the ECFW Championship belt.
War Machine is barely moving.
Two more officials come down the aisle & enter the caged ring.
They help up War Machine, who is barely conscious.
“Big” Ben Little: What a match.
The cage is raised back up to the ceiling.
Owen Nelson: I don’t think we will be seeing either of these two for a while.

Donny is talking to the referee in the corner.

Donny is now back up, but is still in excruciating pain.
Tiny Tim, Jack Caine, & the Champion-Donny Downfall are all up in the middle of the ring.
The three leave the ring.
Jack Caine is holding Donny’s title belt for him.
Donny is limping.
Donny has both arms slung over Tim & Jack’s shoulders as they walk up the aisle & tracks of dripped blood are left on the concrete floor.
