Arrow Electronics, Inc. NAC OCS - Wexford, PA (10/04 to the present) Systems Engineer II: Provide OEM computing solutions design expertise and value-added engineering services directly to Arrow Electronics, Inc. OEM Computing Solutions (OCS) and AEC business partners and customers. As member of the Arrow OCS sales team, I develop COTS (commercial off the shelf) based or custom embedded computer system designs based on OEM customer application hardware, software and design services requirements for a given sales opportunity. Assess customer computer HW/SW requirements and determine which suppliers� products meet customer needs and prepare and present detailed technical sales proposal to support customer design requirements. Conduct product road map presentations, demonstrations and provide follow-up support in disseminating technical and product availability information on customer validated embedded computer design solutions.

NOMOS, Corp. Systems Services - Cranberry Township, PA (7/02 to 10/04) Computer Systems Engineer: Design, evaluate, and certify embedded and COTS based computer system specifications to be released as part of the NOMOS IMRT planning and IGRT structure localization production systems. Build and maintain corporate computer systems manufacturer vendor relationships. Provide computer systems technical support to NOMOS technical support call center representatives and production technicians.

CoManage, Corp. Sales Division - Wexford, PA (7/00 to 7/02) Systems Engineer: A focal point for the customer regarding all issues associated with the installation and support of ISM and TrueSource applications. Provided 24x7 on-call technical support to customers in both a pre-sales and post-sales capacity to ensure a successful sale of production application and to ensure that the customer was completely satisfied with the application commissioning process. Assisting customers in the network node configuration of ISM/TrueSource application to allow for non-invasive real-time querying of all supported customer telecommunications based production network elements private and public SNMP based management information data. Most customer production network elements would consist of popular telecommunication voice and data equipment consisting of switches and IP based routers to route the network element management traffic. Notable customers included AT&T and Bell Canada, Comcast, Cox Communications, AT&T Wireless and Sprint corporations.

Tellabs, Inc. Adaptive Network Solutions - Lisle, IL (12/99 to 7/00) Technical Support Engineer (Level 3): Responsible for level 2 field trial support of the Salix7000 Series Next Generation Media Gateway Exchange (Salix7000 Series NGMGX). Installed, provisioned and maintained the subsystems that together constitute the Salix7000 Series NGMGX. The Salix7000 series of next generation media gateway switching equipment consisted of hardware redundant soft-switch call setup controllers managing the convergence of data and voice traffic over ATM and IP based backbone transport on to SONET ring access nodes. Executed the Salix7000 NGMGX interop and acceptance test plans. Provided demonstrations and training on the Salix7000 Series NGMGX functionality to potential customers in field trials and trade shows.

Ameritech, Inc. Network Services - Hoffman Estates, IL (4/97 to 9/99) Network Services Test Engineer: Responsible for the regression testing Service Node Intelligent Peripherals (SNIPs) that supplement the Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) telephony services provided over the CCS/SS7 signaling network.
