First out was 6Pac, when he tapped out when Annihilator had him in a Dragon Sleeper, and at the same time, Garbage Man had him in the Ankle Lock. Next out was Annihilator, when he was disqualified after hitting Big Country with a cooking sheet. After this, Spangler was eliminated when Garbage Man almost broke his foot and leg off with the Ankle Lock, and he tapped. Next out was Garbage Man, when he was drilled with a Beer Drop from Fergason. After this, Big Country was eliminated when he felt a Pedigree from Fergason, and was victim to a quick count. Big Country then went insane because he lost, and put Fergason in the Ankle Lock. At this time all hell broke loose, with everyone coming in with weapons, and beating everyone. Somehow in the whole mess, Fergason found Obi Won and hit him with the Beer Drop for the win. |
| Big Country & Garbage Man vs Annihilator & 6Pac | Fergason Thrydwulf & Obi Won | Tag Team Championship. A decent match with some massive shots with the weapons. The match ended when Fergason hit the Beer Drop on 6Pac, and the Annihilator hit the Total Annihilation on Fergason and dropped him on the already down 6Pac. Fergason got the 1,2,3 while ontop of 6Pac, and Obi Won and Fergason retained the belts. |
| 6Pac | Annihilator | A match to determine a new member of the Company. An ok match, with some decent moves. The match ended when Big Country and Garbage Man came in and started destroying Annihilator. Garbage Man hit a Money Shot on Annihilator, and 6Pac pinned him for the win. |
| Fergason Thrydwulf | 6Pac | A grudge match. A decent match with a lot of different moves, and many pin attempts. The match ended when Fergason jumped off a chair right onto 6Pac. Fergason then crush 6Pac with a Beer Drop, and got the win. |
| 6Pac | Obi Won | Hardcore Championship. 6pac was forced by Garbage Man to fight Obi Won for the belt, because he was injured in the beatings that took place after the 6Pac and Annihilator match. It wasn't really much of match. Obi Won came out from behind 6Pac, and smacked him with the X Factor onto a chair for the win. |
| Fergason Thrydwulf | Big Country | Heavyweight Championship and Main Event. An ok match. The match ended when Big Country hit Fergason with a Country Bottom onto a chair, but after he did it, Big Country somehow passed out, and Fergason reached over and pinned him for the win, and the Heavyweight Belt. |
