Describing Pictures
Desribeing Pictures are when you use Pictures to describe a setting or an object in stead of writng what it looks like.
Holes takes place in a Desert Wasteland were the boys have to dig holes 5ft deep and 5ft wide.
Being bitten by a snake is bad, but nothing is worse than being bitten by a Yellow-Spotted-Lizard.
Heres the perfect picture that describe "Green Lake." it was once a beautiful lake but is now a dried up waste land. And you'll also notice that there are mountains in the distance!!!
The Warden at Camp Green Lake is a firey, red haired woman. She was forced to dig holes as a child and today, forces the children to dig as well.
This is pretty much what the trip to Camp Green Lake looked like for Stanley who had to suffer a long, hot Bus ride.
The book "Holes" doesn't only tell one story, it tells multiple storys which are connected in the end, on of these stories in clude a man named sam whos best friend is his donkey "Mary Lou."
