Supporting Ebukya
We are first and foremost a self-help oranisation, and most of our funding comes from the income generating activities in which we are engaged.
Nevertheless, we owe many of our achievements to our benefactors around the world. Three UK examples include Manchester Grammar School who funded the construction of a deep bore well, Tzedek - Jewish Action for a Just World - wwho financed the construction of our school; and the unfailing efforts of Rhona Marshall, who also works for Christian Relief Uganda and who provides a retail outlet for our handicrafts on her craft stall in her native Cheshire and regularly brings volunteers and visitors to Uganda.
Donations
Any donation, however small, is greatly appreciated. There are a wide range of activities that you can support financially. If you want to find out more about our activities, you can get in touch with us by phone, letter or email. Simply go to our contacts page
Volunteering
If you are going to Uganda, why not spend some time with us. There are all sorts of ways in which you can put your talents and experience to good use; from teaching in our school to rolling up your sleeves and supporting villagers in their quest to become self-sufficient. Needless to say, we could also use a bit of help with our WEB SITE!
Marketing our Handicrafts
We produce a wide range of quality handmade goods for overseas markets. A large proportion of the income from this goes to financing our projects. If you are able to provide a wholesale or retail outlet for our goods, then we'd like to hear from you.
