I recieved a 7/15 because I stopped at #7


1  Slow down, scan around to identify hazards, predict that other people will maneuver into your
lane, give yourself an extra cushion, execute driving actions gently.
2  Keep headlights on, but on low-beam.
3  Use high-beams to see far down the roas and look beyond them for information, use high-beams 
until car coming at you is closer then 1/2 mile then switch to low-beams.
4  It limits it.
5  Reduce speed or if tires are old and bald buy new ones, or inflate if they are under inflated.
6  Turn into skid.
7  Keep pumping the brakes but don't lock them up.
8  Stopped at #7
