| Garland Edward "Eddie" Brinson January 15, 1946 - May 14, 2005 April 4, 2005, my father was diagnosed with inoperable Stage 4 lung cancer, despite having never smoked a single cigarette in his lifetime. My father died at 11:20AM on Saturday, May 14, 2005. Words cannot properly express the legacy my father left behind, nor can they express the immense sorrow felt because of his death. Likewise, I cannot properly express my sincere gratitude for so many loved ones who have shown such support for myself and my mother.
