Well, those are the only emails I have to share with you all.  I do have some first hand info too though.  The second surgery was preformed on tuesday May 23rd.  It was, I believe, more difficult that the first procedure.  The doctor worked for four hours before deciding he was too tired and frustrated.  So he said they would have to preform a third surgery.  

I have been talking to Ken daily to keep up to date, because the hospital is 2 hours and 15 minutes away.  I have been see her twice since all of this started.  On my second visit I fixed her hair for her.  She was feeling a little better.

I spoke with Donna the day after her first surgery at 6pm.  Ken had spent the night on the floor at the hospital so he could be near Donna.  She was doing pretty good.  She was very tired though.  She said the third surgery would be at 7:30 the following morning.  That is today.  It is 8am and they should have started by now.  Lord help us all, but especially help the surgeon who is performing the surgery.  The time it takes for surgery is at least 5 hours (judging from past surgeries).  We need to stick together in this difficult time.   Keep praying!  Love Elizabeth
